The 2015 TRADR Joint Exercise (TJEx 2015) examined human-robot teamwork at Phönix-West, a defunct foundry in Dortmund, Germany. The exercise simulated an aftermath of an industrial accident in a high-fidelity, harsh environment. 11 firefighters from Germany, Italy and the Netherlands took part in 4 sorties in 2 days, using 2 ground robots (UGVs) and 1 aerial drone (UAV), with each sortie lasting around 30 minutes.
