Several members of the Talking Robots group were involved in teaching mainly at the Department of Computational Linguistics.

In winter semester 2011/2012, the group also organized a course on Talking Robots. In the first half of this course, student teams were introduced to the field of human-robot interaction, and they learned how to use existing toolkits for building talking robots. For the second half of the course, the teams got the opportunity to define their own “talking robots” project, implement it, and run it on one of our robots in the lab.

In the current summer semester 2015, we have two groups working on running and navigating with Pioneer robots. This is part of a seminar at the  Department of Computer Science.
